The St. Albans Baptist Church of St. Albans, New York, Inc. located in Queens, New York, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor called by God to be the spiritual leader of the congregation. Our church, “The Church With A Warm Welcome” was founded in 1956 and has an active membership of approximately 160 people.

The Pastor must be licensed, ordained, and must meet and exemplify the characteristics outlined in Titus 1:6-9 and 1Timothy 3:1-7. We desire a candidate immersed in biblical principles, models a strong prayer life, and practices scripture-based preaching.  The Pastor should be led by the Holy Spirit and exhibit a passion to effectively teach and preach the unadulterated word of God. We are seeking a visionary with strong leadership skills who will adhere to the ordinances of the church, enhance Christian development, and strive to increase the Kingdom of God. The Pastor should be able to relate to the congregation, represent the congregation within the community and discover ways that the church can support and engage with the surrounding areas.
